The match was even-strengthed from the first minute onwards with the Finnish team playing out of a great defense and a slightly more offensive Swedish team. In first and second half, Finland# got the lead, but both times, Sweden could tie the score. Also in third half, Finland got the lead first, but then Svensson shot two nice goals. After a passing fault of the Finish defense, Westerlund decided the match in the 56th minute by scoring the 5-3 goal.
Sweden definitely deserved to win this one, as they could reply to any of the challenges set by the Finish team which lead three times in this great battle. On the other hand, Finland wasted many chances, especially to tie the score to 4-4.
